This is a personal portfolio website pursuant to § 5 ECG / § 25 MedienG (Austria).
No commercial activity. No UID.
When you use the contact form at aimlds7.github.io, the following personal data is transmitted: name, email address, subject, message content, and technical metadata (IP address, timestamp) collected by our form processor.
Purpose / legal basis: Answering your enquiry and initiating professional contact – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a professional portfolio).
Storage period: Enquiries are deleted after 12 months at the latest, or earlier upon request, unless a contractual relationship results.
Recipients: The form is processed via Formspree, Inc., USA. Data transfer to third countries is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See: Formspree Privacy Policy.
No newsletter, no marketing, no profiling. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to respond to your enquiry.
